Typesetting rates: $3.50 – $5.00 per typeset page (The lower end of this range reflects costs for basic typesetting.)
- Standard typesetting of academic works: $4.00 to $4.25/page.
- Tables and foreign scripts: $5.00/page.
Author changes to a typeset page will incur an additional hourly charge of $30–$40/hour (with the higher rate being author changes to foreign text).
